Dr. Tarkington received her Bachelor of Science from Vassar College and her Doctor of Medicine at Georgetown University. She also completed her general surgery internship and a urology residency at Georgetown University.
Following her residency, she conducted research in the field of urologic oncology with both the Lombardi Cancer Center, at Georgetown University, and the American Foundation for Urologic Disease.
She is the recipient of multiple honors and awards, including first prize for her urological research at the Washington Urological Societies’ Resident’s Scholars Conference.
Mr. Vollmecke received an M.B.A from George Washington University and a B.A. in Mathematics from The Citadel. His experience focuses on developing and applying innovative technologies to the medical field.
A senior leader in the Air National Guard, he led 2,500 personnel and directed the $600M National Guard and Reserves Equipment Account to meet the emerging requirements in Domestic Operations, Cyber and ISR; concluding his military career serving in The Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Dave has 25+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Marketing with a proven history of taking high-tech solutions from concept to “best of breed” status. His primary focus is on product advancement, market share growth and exceeding revenue expectations.
Prior to TS Medical, Dave has held executive positions in Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Support in organizations that include: ILS Technology, ComBrio, Telco Systems, and SP Global.
Dave holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Data Communications, and Telecommunications from Northeastern University.
Patricia has worked with TS Medical since 2016, assisting the company with business strategy, partnering, and general management.
She is closely involved in coordinating proof of concept, intellectual property, and early regulatory activities to support a strong go-to market strategy for the company. A serial entrepreneur, she has co-founded several life science startups with a track record of successful fundraising and one exit.
She also has had the honor of being among the first in the nation to launch innovation programs for major medical systems, including OhioHealth and St. Joseph Health (Providence). Her passion is to enhance the value and accessibility of innovative solutions to improve our quality of life and transform healthcare.
Patricia holds degrees from the University of Chicago (AB), Columbia University (AM), and the Ohio State University (MBA).
